3. Product Descriptions

  • We strive to display product colors, features, and specifications as accurately as possible. However, actual product colors may vary slightly depending on monitor displays and photography lighting.

  • We do not warrant that product descriptions, imagery, or other website content are entirely error-free. If a product offered by kidoos.store is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition per our Return Policy.

4. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

  • Receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order.

  • kidoos.store reserves the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order for reasons including inventory shortages, pricing errors, or suspicion of fraudulent delivery details.

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, we may perform order verification via phone or WhatsApp (+923135177410) prior to dispatching parcels.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Deliveries are fulfilled across Pakistan via third-party courier services. Standard delivery timelines range between 3 to 7 business days depending on location.

  • Unforeseen delays caused by courier logistics, severe weather, or political disruptions are outside our direct control, though we will assist in tracking your parcel.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • All returns, replacements, and refunds are governed strictly by our Return & Refund Policy.

  • Defective or damaged products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with valid proof (such as unboxing videos or photo evidence).

7. Prohibited Uses You are prohibited from using kidoos.store or its content:

  • For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts under Pakistani law.

  • To submit false, misleading, or fraudulent order details or payment information.
